Youth Registration 2020

Welcome to the Youth Registration 2020!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 


Facts for Youth Registration:

Pre Season begins: March  2020

Season begins:  April  2020

(Date subject to change depending on City of Tigard)

Fees: Boys lacrosse fee: $205

Girls lacrosse fee: $125

You will also have to renew or get your own US Lacrosse membership.

US Lacrosse Requirement

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
    • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
    • TO LOOK UP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
  • If you are having any problems registering/renewing with US Lacrosse give them a call at 1-410-235-6882. They are quick and wonderful to work with.

 


REFUND POLICY

All registrations are not complete until payment has been received. If paying by check, make all checks payable to Tigard Lacrosse Club. Any player who withdraws from the program must submit a request for a refund in writing.   An e-mail request is acceptable.   

Refunds - Youth

  • Prior to close of registration, refund less $25
  • After registration closes and before first practice, refund less $50
  • After first practice and before first game, refund less $75
  • After first game, no refunds

FINANCIAL AID REQUIREMENTS

The Tigard Lacrosse Club (TLC) provides partial needs based scholarships.  The number of scholarships awarded and the amount offered to an athlete is based on the level of need and available budget dollars.  

TLC’s guidelines for determining the amount of a scholarship award

  • Families that qualify for TTSD “Free Lunch” - Up to 50% off the registration fees
  • Families that qualify for TTSD "Reduced Lunch” - Up to 25% off the registration fees

Note:  All registrants are responsible for their US Lacrosse membership fees which is a requirement at the time of registration.  

To apply for a scholarship please complete the scholarship application which can be found below and then mail it along with the supporting paperwork (e.g. copy of the TTSD Lunch Program award letter or other applicable documentation) to address below or email to registration@tigardlacrosse.com.

All applications and supporting paperwork need to be submitted by 2/15/2019.  Each application will be reviewed by the Tigard Lacrosse Club Board in the order in which it was received. (only complete applications with the supporting paperwork will be accepted).
