This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. You will also have to renew or get your own US Lacrosse membership.
You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup. If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:
All registrations are not complete until payment has been received. If paying by check, make all checks payable to Tigard Lacrosse Club. Any player who withdraws from the program must submit a request for a refund in writing. An e-mail request is acceptable.
Refunds - High School
The Tigard Lacrosse Club (TLC) provides partial needs based scholarships. The number of scholarships awarded and the amount offered to an athlete is based on the level of need and available budget dollars.

Note: All registrants are responsible for their US Lacrosse membership fees which is a requirement at the time of registration.
To apply for a scholarship please complete the scholarship application which can be found below and then mail it along with the supporting paperwork (e.g. copy of the TTSD Lunch Program award letter or other applicable documentation) to address below or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All applications and supporting paperwork need to be submitted by 2/15/2019. Each application will be reviewed by the Tigard Lacrosse Club Board in the order in which it was received. (only complete applications with the supporting paperwork will be accepted).
